The client remains responsible for ensuring that its products, services, advertisements, landing pages, and business practices comply with applicable laws and Google policies.

5. Google Business Profile Setup

OnlineHelpMe may provide Google Business Profile setup and related optimization services.

The client must provide accurate and legitimate business information.

The client is responsible for providing:

  • Correct business name
  • Correct address
  • Correct phone number
  • Correct business category
  • Accurate business hours
  • Legitimate business information
  • Authentic photographs and content where applicable

We do not guarantee approval, verification, visibility, or ranking of a Google Business Profile.

Google independently controls its Business Profile policies, verification procedures, search results, and platform functionality.

6. Google Maps Ranking

OnlineHelpMe may provide services intended to improve a business’s local online visibility and Google Maps presence.

However, Google Maps rankings are determined by Google’s systems and may change at any time.

We do not guarantee:

The client is responsible for providing necessary materials, including where applicable:

  • Business information
  • Text/content
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Brand materials
  • Product/service information
  • Contact information
  • Required account access

Project timelines may depend on how quickly the client provides required materials, feedback, approvals, and access.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, third-party services, hosting providers, domain providers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the project timeline.

8. WordPress Website Services

For WordPress Website services, OnlineHelpMe may design, develop, configure, customize, or maintain WordPress websites according to the agreed scope.

Unless specifically included in a written agreement, third-party:

  • Themes
  • Plugins
  • Premium software
  • Hosting
  • Domains
  • Licenses
  • Extensions

may require separate payment by the client.

The client is responsible for ensuring that content, images, trademarks, and other materials supplied to us may legally be used.

9. SEO Services

OnlineHelpMe may provide SEO services designed to improve website visibility in search engines.

SEO results are not guaranteed.

Search engine rankings can change because of:

  • Search engine algorithm updates
  • Competition
  • Website changes
  • Technical issues

We do not guarantee:

Clients must provide accurate business information and notify us of relevant changes to their business information.

OnlineHelpMe may provide Social Media Marketing services according to the agreed scope.

Depending on the selected service, this may include management or marketing activities related to social media platforms.

Social media performance may depend on:

  • Audience engagement
  • Platform algorithms
  • Content
  • Competition
  • Account history
  • Advertising budget

  • Market conditions

We do not guarantee a specific number of followers, likes, views, engagement, leads, or sales.

12. Facebook Marketing

For Facebook Marketing services, OnlineHelpMe may assist with marketing activities according to the agreed scope.

13. Instagram Marketing

For Instagram Marketing services, OnlineHelpMe may provide marketing, content, management, or related services according to the agreed scope.

Instagram/Meta controls its own platform, algorithms, policies, and account systems.

We do not guarantee specific follower growth, engagement, reach, views, leads, or sales.

We are not responsible for platform changes, account restrictions, outages, algorithm changes, or policy decisions made by Instagram or Meta.

14. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to provide the agreed services.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information
  • Providing required materials
  • Providing necessary account access
  • Providing timely feedback
  • Reviewing and approving work
  • Ensuring supplied content is lawful
  • Ensuring supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights
  • Maintaining ownership of their accounts
  • Following applicable laws and platform policies

We may be unable to complete work on time if required information or access is not provided.

15. Account Access and Credentials

Where account access is required, clients should provide appropriate access permissions whenever possible.

Clients should not share passwords through insecure communication methods when account-level permissions are available.

Clients remain responsible for maintaining ownership and security of their accounts.

OnlineHelpMe will use account access only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.

16. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms, including Google, WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, hosting providers, domain providers, and other third-party services.

Third-party platforms are independently operated.

OnlineHelpMe does not control:

  • Platform availability
  • Platform policies
  • Algorithm changes
  • Account suspensions
  • Advertising approvals
  • Search rankings
  • Platform outages
  • Changes in pricing
  • Third-party software updates

We are not responsible for losses caused directly by changes, restrictions, outages, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

17. Pricing and Payments

The client is responsible for providing the required advertising budget.

OnlineHelpMe does not control advertising platform charges or auction prices.

19. Project Scope and Additional Work

The services included in a project will be based on the agreed scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require:

  • Additional fees
  • Additional time
  • A revised quotation
  • Written approval

We will communicate additional charges where reasonably practicable before performing substantial additional work.

20. Client Content and Intellectual Property

The client is responsible for content and materials supplied to OnlineHelpMe.

The client represents that it has the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use materials supplied to us.

This may include:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Product information
  • Business information

OnlineHelpMe is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized materials supplied by the client.

Ownership of final website designs, content, graphics, or other deliverables will be determined by the applicable quotation, invoice, or written agreement.

21. Our Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OnlineHelpMe retains rights in its own:

  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Templates

We do not guarantee specific:

  • Leads
  • Followers

  • Clicks
  • Conversions
  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Advertising return

Any performance commitments must be specifically included in a written agreement.

25. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, where applicable, and any specific terms included in your service agreement or quotation.

Work already completed, third-party costs, advertising spend, purchased licenses, or other non-refundable expenses may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law and the applicable agreement.

26. Suspension or Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Payments are overdue
  • The client materially breaches these Terms
  • The client provides unlawful or fraudulent information
  • Continued work would create legal or security risks
  • Required access is withdrawn
  • The client engages in abusive or threatening conduct

Clients may terminate services according to the applicable service agreement or cancellation terms.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OnlineHelpMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website or services.

This may include losses relating to:
