1. Cancellation Period
Clients may request cancellation of a service within 15 days from the date of purchase, payment, or service commencement, whichever is applicable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or through our official contact channels.
After the 15-day cancellation period has expired, cancellation may not be available, particularly where work has already been completed or significant resources have been allocated to the project.

3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered when:
- The cancellation request is submitted within the applicable 15-day cancellation period.
- Work on the service has not substantially started.
- No significant third-party costs or advertising expenses have already been incurred.
- The payment is otherwise eligible for a refund under the agreed service terms.
If work has already been completed, partially completed, or third-party expenses have been incurred, the refundable amount may be reduced or no refund may be available.
4. Non-Refundable Expenses
Payments made to third parties on behalf of a client may not be refundable. This may include, where applicable:
- Google Ads advertising spend
- Domain registration or renewal
- Hosting charges
- Premium themes or plugins
- Third-party software or subscriptions
- Other third-party service or platform fees
These expenses are separate from OnlineHelpMe’s service fees.
5. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
Digital marketing, SEO, Local SEO, Google Maps Ranking, Facebook Marketing, Instagram Marketing, and related services involve ongoing work and third-party platforms.
Because work may begin shortly after payment, cancellation does not automatically guarantee a full refund. Any refund will depend on the amount of work completed and expenses already incurred.
6. Website Development Services
For Website Development & Design and WordPress Website services, cancellation after development work has started may result in a partial or no refund, depending on the stage of the project.
Completed design, development, configuration, content preparation, or other project work may be deducted from any approved refund.
7. Google Ads & Advertising Budget
Advertising budgets paid to Google or other advertising platforms are separate from OnlineHelpMe’s service charges.
Advertising spend that has already been used or charged by the advertising platform is generally not refundable by OnlineHelpMe.
8. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact us using the details below and provide:
- Your name or company name
- Service purchased
- Payment date
- Payment/reference details
- Reason for cancellation
We will review the request and inform you whether the cancellation and refund are applicable.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method where possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.
10. Changes to Services
If the scope of a project changes after work has started, the original payment and cancellation terms may be affected. Any additional work or services may be subject to separate charges and written agreement.
